For anything that exists and can be observed, there probably will be someone with an opinion to share on that topic.  Reviews and opinion blogs aren’t new, and neither is commenting or cross checking.  With our blog we wanted to capitalize on the fact that people can have similar or differing opinions about anime, manga, and other facets of otaku culture, and incorporate those opinions in a friendly way into our posts.

The Japanese word rinne comes from the Hindu concept Samsara, the cycle of death and rebirth.  We could actually go into how our blog represents this in every post and wow you with how cool we are, or we could just tell how we came up with the idea.  The two of us, Dodzi Dzakuma and Ken Iikura-Gross, decided to watch the 2012 anime series Lagrange: The Flower of Rin-ne (輪廻のラグランジェ Flower declaration of your heart Rinne no Raguranje), and agreed that the anime left us begging for more.  After lengthy discussions, we decided we wanted to share our opinions with the world and created our blog!

The Circle of Death and Rebirth. CHEEEEECK!

A rinne is a friendly way for us to voice our agreement or disagreement with the opinions of other writers, and we hope you will enjoy the array of ideas in our posts and how we share them with you.
